We get to know each other, you describe your plans and we say openly what is realistic.

Approval, software, first staff, first clients. We are reachable throughout.
Common questions about the partnership
Do I need a qualification in care?
No. An everyday support service does not require care training. We will clarify together which proofs your federal state asks for.
Do I stay independent?
Yes. You run your own business on your own account. We provide the knowledge, the software and the support, but we do not interfere in your management.
Is self-employment possible as a sideline?
No. Our experience shows that success only comes with full commitment.
Which legal form should I choose?
We offer partnerships, on the condition that you are willing to set up a UG, GmbH or GmbH & Co. KG.
Will I be supported during my self-employment?
Yes. Alexander Sperling personally and his experienced team will support you continuously in all questions.
Is there territorial protection?
We award only one partnership per district. The details are set out in the agreement.
What does it cost?
That depends on the scope you need. After the first talk you receive an offer listing all services and costs.
