We then visit you at home for an initial assessment (Aufnahmegespräch), whether you live in central Reutlingen, in Pfullingen or up in Münsingen. There we take time to talk about what has become difficult in everyday life. Only then does your regular helper start.

Who pays for the help
With a care level (Pflegegrad), starting at care level 1, your long term care fund (Pflegekasse) pays a relief allowance (Entlastungsbetrag) of 131 euros a month towards recognised everyday support such as ours. There is no separate application: we handle the billing with the fund. If that is not enough, further hours can be added privately.
