We support older people in Stuttgart in their own homes. We also have an office in Stuttgart. We mainly come to the south of the city and to the Filder area. We clean, shop and go for walks with you. Advice is free.
Stuttgart and the Filder
Our Stuttgart location provides household help for seniors in the southern districts of the city and on the Filder plateau. One regular helper comes to your home, supports you with the housework and has time for a chat.
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

You will find our Stuttgart location at Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße 41, 70565 Stuttgart. From here we mainly support older people in the city districts of Vaihingen, Möhringen and Degerloch and on the Filder plateau in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Filderstadt.
Alltagsdienst Sperling covers the greater Stuttgart area. If you live in another part of the city or a neighbouring town, just ask. We will find out in our first conversation whether there is a helper available near you.
Many seniors want more than help with the cleaning. They would also like some company. With our companionship and care for seniors we go for walks with you, play board games, read the newspaper aloud or simply listen. If you wish, we go with you to appointments, for example at the doctor's.
The housework is not forgotten either: with our help around the house, we clean your home and take care of laundry, shopping and meals.
If you work and your parents live on the Filder or in Vaihingen, you know how hard it is to balance your job and looking after them. Having the same helper visit at agreed times takes some of that load off you. If your helper is away on holiday or unwell, someone else steps in.
Sometimes the need arises suddenly, for example after a hospital stay. In that case help at home after surgery, funded by the health insurance fund (Krankenkasse), may be an option. Young families can get support at home during pregnancy as well.
Get in touch through our contact form or call 07121 159 10 58. And if you would like to work in everyday support yourself, our vacancies in Stuttgart are the place to start.

Yes. All our staff have social insurance and are insured against accidents and liability. They are also trained for their work.
That depends on who pays. Where a care level (Pflegegrad) has been granted, the long term care fund (Pflegekasse) usually covers a set amount each month, and following surgery your health insurance fund may pay. You can book extra hours privately. We work out the details for your situation in a free first conversation.
We agree regular appointments with you, on the days and at the times that suit you wherever possible. That way you know when your helper is coming and can plan doctor's appointments or visits around it.
You can apply for a care level informally with the long term care fund, and a phone call is enough. Benefits are paid from the month you apply. The assessment by the Medical Service (Medizinischer Dienst) usually takes place at your mother's home. We are happy to advise you beforehand on which kind of help could be an option.
We advise you free of charge, check what your fund will cover and tell you honestly what is possible. Call us or send us a message.
