Household help for seniors and families

Household help and everyday support, paid for by your insurance

Since 2018 Alltagsdienst Sperling has been supporting seniors and families at home. Our everyday companions take care of cleaning, laundry, shopping and cooking and have time for a chat and a walk. You get one regular companion with fixed appointments, and we arrange a stand-in during holidays and sick leave.

In most cases your insurance covers the cost. From care level (Pflegegrad) 1 you are entitled to a relief allowance of 131 euros a month, which we bill directly to the long-term care insurance: household help for seniors with a care level. Family carers can book hourly companionship for seniors. Without a care level, the health insurance pays for household help after an operation or during illness and for household help during pregnancy.

We are there for you at four locations: household help and everyday support in Reutlingen with our head office in Eningen unter Achalm, in Tübingen, in Stuttgart and in the Lake Constance district. We bill all 93 statutory health insurance funds directly and advise you free of charge, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm on +49 7121 159 10 58.
